As a Registered Nurse I have seen first-hand the high cost of healthcare, the rising rates of chronic illness and mental health issues, and the reduction in time practitioners can spend with their patients.
I am working to integrate my nursing knowledge with my preventative/integrative background from the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy to help people stay out of the hospital, have a good relationship with food and exercise, and live the life they envisioned! I hope to show people that achieving their health goals can be fun and sustainable! I believe everyone deserves to find happiness and we can’t change our habits without first changing our mindset, which is why I incorporate eating for mental wellbeing and mindset techniques.
